We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. By booking your appointment you are acknowledging and agreeing to our policies and terms of services and we respectfully ask that you honour our policies written below.

 

48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or  cancellations (via text or phone) which will be honoured without any charge.

 

Depending on the circumstances, appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance may incur 50% of the service fee.​​
